I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location is great. It's close to the airport, so it only took me about 15-20 minutes to get there by taxi. Plus, it's conveniently located near Saigon Centre and Ben Thanh, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The staff is extremely friendly, speak quite ok English, professional.

The 1st room they checked me in was small but it's ok for a mother and a 2 years old daughter. Then 2 hours later, the aircon started blowing out the smelly air which is unbearable. They changed me to another room which is way bigger, the suit, but it's empty and not so practical. The bathroom has a stand alone bath tube which you can't stand to shower, the light in the bathroom is quite dark, you can't even see your face clearly so doing makeup a bit tough, nor any other mirror in the room is available. The hotel is 2.5 months old but it's like 5 years old, you already see the broken pieces and damages here and there in the room and around the hotel. the breakfast is poor and not very delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money is excellent - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the location is perfect for those who want to be near both the airport and the central area - just a short taxi ride away. Lastly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful, providing great service and attention to detail.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.
